What are RR Credits (Raid Rush Credits)?

RR Credits are a virtual currency that you can use to purchase content sold via in-app purchases in Raid Rush. 1 RR Credit = 1 USD, and this equivalence will always apply.

Why should I buy RR Credits?

When you purchase RR Credits through the Raid Rush Store, you will receive extra Store Bonuses.

When will RR Credits be added to my account?

Your RR Credits and Store Bonuses will be added to your in-game account immediately after your purchase is made.

What can I buy with RR Credits?

You can use RR Credits for any content sold via in-app purchases in the game, except for subscriptions.

How do I use RR Credits to make purchases?

First, top up your RR Credits balance if needed. When you want to make a purchase, and you have enough RR Credits, the “Buy with RR Credits” window will automatically appear, and you can use your RR Credits balance to make the purchase.

Can I make multiple purchases with my RR Credits?

Of course you can. Each purchase you make with RR Credits will be deducted from your balance. You can use the remaining amount for your next purchases.

I can't see the “Buy with RR Credits” window in the game. What's wrong?

The “Buy with RR Credits” window will only appear if your balance is sufficient for the purchase. If you don't have enough RR Credits, you can continue to make in-app purchases as usual, or you can purchase additional RR Credits through the Raid Rush Store.

In-game product prices are displayed in my local currency. How can I calculate the required amount of RR Credits?

1 RR Credit = 1 USD. You can calculate the amount by converting the price in your local currency to USD. If you have enough RR Credits, the “Buy with RR Credits” window will appear, showing the USD conversion rate of your local currency and the amount of RR Credits required for the purchase before you buy.

Can I start a subscription with RR Credits?

Unfortunately, subscription payments with RR Credits are not currently available. We are working on making this possible in the near future.

My purchase from the store was not added to my account. What can I do?

Try waiting a few minutes, then check again. If your purchase still hasn't appeared, try closing the game and reopening it. If the problem persists, you can contact us via the Support page.

Do RR Credits have an expiration date?

No, there is no expiration date. The RR Credits you purchase are saved in your account, and you can use them whenever you want.

Can I make partial payments with RR Credits?

Unfortunately, no. Due to restrictions on mobile stores, it's not possible to split payments between regular in-app purchases and RR Credits.

Can I get a refund for the RR Credits I've purchased?

You can get a refund without using the RR Credits you purchased by contacting our support team within 72 hours. However, if you've spent some of the RR Credits you purchased, we cannot issue partial refunds.
